These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 8bte platform, including all gaming services, sports betting, account features, promotions, and payment facilities. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any 8bte service. By creating an account or continuing to use 8bte, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Key Points
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 8bte. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.
8bte services are available exclusively to adults aged 21 and above. Age verification is required. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended and all funds returned subject to verification.
All promotional bonuses on 8bte are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal. Requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified under the registered account name. 8bte does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or methods not previously used for deposit.
8bte does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing 8bte is lawful in their location.
8bte reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the platform. Continued use of 8bte after notification constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
Access to the 8bte Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 8bte reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend any Account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified.
8bte accepts registrations from users in jurisdictions where accessing online gaming platforms is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is the sole responsibility of each user to determine whether their use of 8bte is lawful in their jurisdiction. 8bte does not make any representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
To register an Account on 8bte, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, complete, and current at all times.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on 8bte. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 8bte Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 8bte will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 8bte immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 8bte will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation but cannot guarantee recovery of any funds lost prior to notification.
You warrant that all information provided to 8bte at registration and throughout the course of your Account's operation is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including false identity documents submitted during KYC verification — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted. If you permit or enable any third party to access or use your Account, you remain fully responsible for all activity conducted during that access, regardless of whether you authorised the specific actions taken.
8bte accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 8bte does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges independent of 8bte.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of the 8bte Platform. These limits may be subject to change and may differ based on your Account's verification status. Full KYC-verified Accounts are eligible for higher transaction limits than accounts with pending verification.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed on your Account. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one business day. Withdrawal timelines may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
8bte applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Where this is not technically possible, 8bte may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are not permitted.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 8bte are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions in addition to these General Terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry dates are stated within the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full within the stated period, failing which all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
8bte reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close an Account where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same welcome offer more than once through multiple accounts; placing hedging bets designed to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine risk; or exploiting a technical error in a promotion's configuration.
Promotions on 8bte are available to eligible registered users only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per user, per household, per IP address, and per device. 8bte reserves the right to exclude any user from a specific promotion at its discretion, including where the user's betting patterns are inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.
All casino games on the 8bte Platform — including slots, live dealer titles, table games, and Super Bingo — are provided by certified game suppliers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited and certified. 8bte does not modify game outcomes, payouts, or return-to-player (RTP) percentages from those set by the certified game supplier.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 8bte's game logs will serve as the definitive record of all transactions. Where a malfunction is confirmed to have affected a game's outcome, 8bte reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's Account. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all RNG-based games on the 8bte Platform.
All stakes and winnings on the 8bte Platform are denominated in PKR. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. 8bte reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account where betting patterns are identified as inconsistent with normal recreational play patterns.
All bets placed on the 8bte sportsbook are subject to acceptance at 8bte's discretion. 8bte reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time before settlement, including where a bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known, or where odds were displayed in error due to a technical fault.
Odds displayed on the 8bte sportsbook are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets accepted at odds that are subsequently identified as clearly erroneous may be voided or settled at corrected odds at 8bte's discretion.
Where a sporting event — including PSL matches, international cricket fixtures, or other listed events — is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed before the scheduled start time, all single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets will be settled at reduced odds reflecting the removed selection. Where an event is postponed and resumes within 48 hours, bets will stand.
8bte will settle all sports bets using results from official governing bodies of the relevant sport. In cricket, the official result published by the ICC, PCB, or the relevant domestic board will serve as the definitive record. Any error in settlement will be corrected and affected accounts re-settled accordingly within a reasonable timeframe.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8bte Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
8bte is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available at no charge and can be activated immediately from the responsible gaming section of your Account.
Users who wish to take an extended break from gaming may apply for formal self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months. During the self-exclusion period, your Account will be deactivated and you will be removed from all 8bte marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the stated end date. You may set deposit limits, loss limits, and wager limits on your Account at any time from the responsible gaming settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period of no less than 24 hours before taking effect. 8bte will not override a limit reduction at a user's request during the applicable cooling-off period.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 8bte support. Upon closure, any withdrawable Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at closure will be forfeited.
8bte reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected; fraudulent activity is detected; KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires it; or the user engages in conduct that 8bte determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. Where a suspension is converted to permanent closure following confirmed breach of these Terms, 8bte reserves the right to retain all funds within the Account where those funds are connected to the breach. Where no breach is confirmed, verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the user's verified payment method.
All content on the 8bte Platform — including but not limited to the 8bte brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 8bte or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 8bte Platform without prior written consent from 8bte. Unauthorised use of 8bte's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8bte's total liability to any user in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8bte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 8bte has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8bte does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party network issues may affect Platform availability. 8bte will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8bte holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 8bte's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority.
8bte operates an internal complaints process for users who wish to raise a formal dispute. To initiate a complaint, contact 8bte support in writing at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. 8bte will acknowledge all written complaints within five business days and provide a substantive response within 28 days of receipt.
8bte reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly alter the rights or obligations of users — 8bte will provide notice to registered users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on their Account, no less than 14 days before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice. The date shown in the "Effective Date" field at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the 8bte Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your Account and withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance before the effective date.
